Church of God Partners with Voice of Hope Radio
CLEVELAND, TN: Church of God Communications, in partnership with the Israel Initiative, recently announced a historic partnership with Voice of Hope Radio, located in Israel. As part of the partnership, Voice of Hope will air the reading of “Just a Minute” in the Arabic language. “Just a Minute” is a weekly video devotional program led by the General Overseer of the Church of God, Dr. Timothy M. Hill.
The Church of God’s Israel Initiative Senior Representative Shawn Baker stated, “Israel’s first government-sanctioned 50,000-watt Christian Radio Station is on the air reaching Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Cyprus! This is the only Evangelical Christian radio station in the Middle East and they will carry a Church of God program. Together, we have the opportunity to reach over 40 million Muslims with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to give hope and support to millions of Christians living under persecution throughout the Middle East! The majority of these Muslims are hearing the message of hope for the very first time. One minute can mean eternity for these Middle East listener!”
Voice of Hope Radio was founded by John Tayloe and the station’s general manager is the Church of God’s Overseer in Israel, Gary Hull.
For giving to sponsor the “Just a Minute” broadcast throughout the Middle East, all contributions should be directed to Word Missions Project Number 102-4003.
“This is one of those rare opportunities to place a Gospel covering over a vast harvest field and reap eternal results in the process. In all the media ministries I’ve been privileged to partner with through the years, I’ve never seen anything quite like this. I hope Church of God people everywhere will get on board and help financially sponsor this opportunity,” concluded General Overseer Hill.
