Lamentations 3:25 “ The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him.”
Some people believe Jesus for a season and their faith is based on what Jesus could do for them and not on Who He is.
The real faith is not about “what I want” but believing God that He takes care of you and knows what you need.
Flesh faith always has a deadline with specifics and it designs own answers to the prayers, requiring external support.
God will never do your will. God knows what He is doing and He is good to those who wait on Him!
Our God can do anything but even if He doesn’t – we will still keep on doing what we are doing.
Life is about Jesus Christ and not about you and what you want and what you can get, it is about glorifying Him, trusting Him, serving Him every day no matter what it looks like. Even Christ said to the Heavenly Father“ Not My will but Yours be done”.
Faith is not a tool- it is a gift from the Lord for you to see a handy work of God, so you could see not what you do but what He is already done and so you could grow in Him. Our God saves and He designs steps of those whom He saves.
Our life could sometimes be like a sailboat or a cargo ship, and sometimes it’s like a battleship but it is never a cruise ship, because life is a walk of faith.
You can’t speak death to the storm if God is the one who raised it and you can’t change it if God is the One who designed it for you.
The Lord is good to those who wait on Him, trust in Him, stop fighting Him and let God be God!
