High risk for severe weather to erupt in the central and eastern US
Forecasters say there’s a widespread multi-day severe risk stretching across the central and eastern US from Sunday afternoon into Monday. Over a dozen states will be at risk for severe thunderstorms. Some of these thunderstorms will be capable of producing destructive winds, tornadoes, and torrential downpours.
