Hurricane “Beryl” restrengthened into a Category 4 hurricane on July 1, 2024, as it approached the Windward Islands. As of 14:00 UTC, its center was located about 75 km (50 miles) E of Grenada and 40 km (25 miles) ESE of Carriacou Island. At 14:50 UTC, Beryl’s eyewall started moving over Carracou Island.
