TICKETS / REGISTRATION: Registration tables will be located as you enter the front of the building. Give the person your name(s) they will give you your Conference Lanyard that will serve as your ticket for entrance during each session. Someone will be at each door to the auditorium to check for the lanyard so please make it visible.

SCHEDULE: Doors open Monday at 6pm, the conference starts at 7pm and ends at 9:30pm. / Doors open Tuesday morning at 8am; lunch is from 12 – 2:30pm; (lunch on your own) conference ends at 5:30pm.

TAKE NOTES: Debrief with your team about what you learned ASAP; 
    (a) How does this info impact our context?
    (b) What are a few ideas worth implementing?
    (c) How can you be intentional about further collaboration and idea sharing? 

*For those who want to take notes or bring their laptop, we have a small amount of table/desk space in the center walkway of the auditorium that will seat about 12 people. (First come, first serve)

Enjoy the Area: Arrive early / Stay awhile – enjoy Sevierville & Gatlinburg in the Spring Time. If you come early, we suggest you visit “The Island,” in Sevierville, for shopping, fun, and Paula Dean’s Buffet. Your entire party must be present before they seat you. No call ahead here. Or visit the massive Tanger Outlets for shopping galore. For those who like a simpler slower life, be sure to walk around downtown Gatlinburg for old-time charm. By the way, you will not have time to do any of the above during your lunch break on Tuesday!
