People like this need to be ignored and their followers need to be warned of false teachers. The vision of Revelation/Seven year period of the rule of anticrhist/the beast/one world ruler has obviously NOT STARTED yet. So the two witnesses have not started yet either. The attack of Israel by Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Russia has not started yet either.

whe was a child; there was a man, iam not going to call any names. he was a bishop of his church; he had his congegation put a cot in front of the churh around easter time .he said that he was going to die and in three days he would be raise again. that was about 60 years ago. he ended in the crazy house.

He is NOT. The two end time prophests are geared for the nation of Israel of which Gentiles are counted out.
Romans 11:24-29
[24]For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

The two prophets may represent the two nations of God which theocratically were on earth, that is Israel and Judah. Perhaps the former two great prophets who preached during the time of their existence will reappear. My school of thought is subject to disputation if backed by standing credible scriptures and argument. I believe these are Elijah standing for the nation of Israel and John the Baptist for Judah. Critiques are welcome.

He is. I don’t know who needs to see this but take your time and listen to his teachings before mocking him. He’s been asking people to turning away from sin and preparing the way for the coming of the Messiah for years now, never in history has the devil and his advocates led people to God, especially if it means he’s gonna loose more souls. Prophet Owuor talks about the real gospel and it’s upto you to take your time and listen to him and not go with the flow based on what other people think about him before it’s too late.
The spirit of Elijah resided in John The Baptist, what makes you believe God is not 100% capable of doing the same in this era? Personally I believe the spirits of the two witnesses that are Moses and Elijah resides in Prophet Owuor just like the bible stated God would send us the two witnesses during the end times.
I’ve taken my time and followed him up, from his teachings to his prophecies and I can boldly say Prophet Owuor is truly a man of God, all his prophecies have come to pass, from corona virus, Beirut explosion among others.
