    The Christian publishing house instructing us how to verify the inerrancy of the bible and its characters by using the bible.??‍♂️ This is as circular reasoning as it gets. Completely bias.

    Reading this critically, it’s not the best way to put across the scriptures being inerrant or infallible. The best out of the three arguments is the first, the second and third ones are quite flimsy to be honest.

    Doesn’t Geisler see that his whole argument is deductive nonsense. It is formally correct, but it has no basis in reality.

    How about this. Since the Bible is imperfect reflecting its author, then God as the author is imperfect.

    At least that has some actual evidence demonstrating the imperfections of the Bible as the primary premise being true.

    When a guy makes his living apologizing for a book, you’ve got to wonder if he might have a conflict of interest in promoting sugar and spice estimations of the Bible when the reality is the Bible is bitterness and vinegar.
