   I don’t think entice is the right word. Its more like bragging. Sure you can say God knew what Satan would do but still God is after his own glory so of course he wouldn’t hold back from talking about his chief servants of the earth at that moment. Satan is the one that makes a smirk remark starting the challenge.

   Hi John, its worth remembering that Job had no covenant with God and Job thought all through his ordeal that it was God himself who was afflicting him when in fact it was the satan doing all of this “the accuser of the brethren” accused Job before Gods throne. Yes God allowed Job to be tested. But Job accuses God of having fired all his arrows into him therefore blaming God for what the devil was doing and so job gets rebuked. This is a picture of someone who has no covenant with God probably living before the flood of Noah. Fortunately we do have a covenant with God even better than the one Moses and the Israelite’s had with God. And we have been given armour and weapons to defeat satan which were purchased by Jesus Christ works at the cross. Paul instructs us to put all of that amour on to be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. Job had none of these weapons to defeat the enemy. Satan has been defeated by Christ he can only have power if we put more faith in him than we do Jesus Christ and what he has provided for us.. Yes our faith will be tested as Jobs was but are you not glad that Jesus has already defeated satan and all power and authority has been given to him and he give us power and authority to use in his name.
