No Queen, but the Church is the Bride of Christ

God is neither Male or female. We tend to anthropomorphize things and so we assign gender pronouns to him.

Not ever King has had a queen, but to answer I guess you could say the church because the King of heaven is Christ, and the bride of Christ is the church so I guess the queen of heaven is the church

  10. Samantha Finch-Finchley says:

You start with a premise that a king needs a queen to rule. He doesn’t. Especially if he is the All Sufficient One

  12. Mou Lolohea says:

    It’s not a queendom it’s a kingdom. Only needs a king, a people, and a territory

  13. Kenneth Reed says:

If you are trying to make this a gender issue, God is beyond gender. Gender is a social construct of this world not of God’s Kingdom. The question doesn’t work in regard to heaven, the question only makes sense in a worldly way.

The Queen will be the church.

  15. Emmanuel Agui says:

That is a faulty idea. God is a Father, then who is the mother? It does not always follow.

  26. Reece Phatudi says:

Key question. Normally people connect Jesus to Adam, and they neglect Eve in the whole picture. Adam was not created alone, Adam did not fall alone. Adam did not make children alone. I guess that is why Jesus revealed to John about marriage of the lamb. Why? The king cannot build the new heavens and the new earth alone. If there is the king then there must be a queen.

God is as a creator is a he to the creation, which in turn the creation is a she(mother nature) to God.

God says we are his wife, the church is in the symbolic position of a wife to Jesus.

So the logic of your question is not farfetched.

  27. Henry Teh says:

Then why not change UK’s name to United Queendom?

    The Bride is his church

  29. Paul Gray says:

God is omnipresent spirit , the Old Testament says the heavens are His throne the earth is His footstool. It also says old and new covenant that he will dwell in us. According to scripture we are the bride of Christ. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit after Pentecost. Mankind played the harlot, but Jesus takes us in cleans us up and unites with us in the new birth! We become one with our creator. The kingdom of God is righteousness , peace , and joy in the Holy Ghost. Remember what Jesus said, don’t look here or there the kingdom comes from within.

Why does it need a queen?

  36. Jason Edward Miller says:

Since Jesus sits on the throne of David forever in part with the title Son of David then like Solomon his mother Mary has her own throne as well. You can see Bathsheba had her own throne off to the side of her son. The most powerful person in the room was the king and there was no competition. This is why the first public miracle of Jesus was through her intercession. Mary acted in her unique role in part by her last recorded words “Do whatever he tells you to”.

  45. BJ Alemania says:

To be Clear.. The Church is not the The Queen in Gods Kingdom but it was being represented as Bride(the Church) and the Groom (Christ), it means we(Church) are united with Christ to be adopted in God’s Kingdom and partake an inheritance in Gods Kingdom.

  46. BJ Alemania says:

Gods Kingdom will not be compare with Earthly Kingdom..He is God, He don’t need a Queen to be a King..a king having a queen is an earthly or human view of Kingdom.
