How do we know we are truly in Christ? How do we know we are fully surrender and in service to Christ? How do we know we are not just being deceived or tricked into thinking we are in Christ when we are truly in service to Self and the world? God bless

Great questions brother. I often wonder about this as well. In my view a true Christian displays fruits of the Spirit, believes that Jesus is LORD and having faith only in Him , no longer craves the works of the flesh, and does not live in habitual/wilful sin… And confesses their sin, and truly repents of it and follows Christ daily.

Who do you follow. Are you in the Word. Do you live dependent on God or self. How were you led into salvation. Are you the same now as when saved or are you a different person. God will have to speak to your heart

Aside of fruit, your life has changed. Your wants, likes, lifestyle are changed. You would be amazed by it. Youre not allergic to the bible anymore. You are inlove instead. And everything you do, you think of Him instead of anyone even yourself.
If you believe that He is in you, then He is. No need to doubt. Doubt is work of the devil and a sin. Doubting God is saying that maybe God’s words are not true. Believing/faith is our power and access to God’s power.

Psalms 139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: 139:24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
You also need to understand that the day your totally submit your will to the spirit of God, things the hate God in you begins to show. E.g. lust and lots more. Hence the consciousness of been born again and having the life and mind of Christ daily renews you and keeps you above. -

Bilieving in Christ is not enough its all about being conscious that you are able to do his commands loving others, love d unlovebale though its hard, love your enemies, defending d poor n those marginalized in d society.

Jesus said unless you repent you will likewise parish. To see the suffering and death of the one who lived a sinless life as a sacrifice for the penalty of the sin of the world. And to know how unrightious you really are. Repentance brings about a turning away from your sin and picking up your cross and following Jesus Christ. Then the Holy Ghost will confirm your choice. And it is written I the epistle of John, these things were written that you might KNOW THAT you have eternal life, and that life is in Jesus Christ

How do we know we are truly Christ’s? We can start here … (2 Corinthians 5:17 If any man be in Christ he is a new creation, old things pass away behold all things new.) So what has passed away from the old and what has manifest itself in new??? (“Relationships”)!!!! If a man/woman has truly been converted we see a change in relationships … Our relationship with sin has changed; the sin we once loved and never gave so much as a thought to we now hate, even though we will still sin, and we have become sensitive to our sin when it manifest itself in our lives. Our relationship with God changes; the God we once purposely ignored in the thoughts of our minds and ran from, we now love Him, desire fellowship with Him and think of Him daily. Our relationship with God’s word changes; the Bible which was once collecting dust on the shelf is now regularly in our hands, for truly apart from the word of God growth in Christ and the Christian life is not possible. Our heart’s are set ablaze to be in the word regularly and the days we miss reading bring a hunger to our souls, we begin to see that truly man cannot live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Our relationships with others change; those of the darkness, those living as the world lives in the flesh we begin desiring to separate ourselves from, we begin seeking fellowship with those seeking the same things as us, namely Jesus Christ. Our desire to share the Gospel with others changes; the Gospel which we never spoke of we now begin to recognize even if we tried we could not hold it in but it becomes as a fire in our bones and inmost being me have no choice but to speak and more importantly not about our change that others find obvious but we speak of Him, Jesus, and all He has done and changed within us. These are the beginning signs of true conversion. From this beginning point we begin a process of Sanctification the God performs on each believer. This is not an over night ordeal but this is a life long process so be not discouraged. Sometimes the Christian life can look like this … 3 steps forward and 2 steps back or 2 steps forward and three steps back. But over each passing year there will be a true evidence to the true convert of more and more Christ likeness manifesting itself and less and less sin within. Confession and repentance become a practice, it becomes regular. Confession is us agreeing with God the sin that is made evident to us by the conviction of the Holy Spirit. Repentance is a turning away from sin in our lives and turning to God in trust in Christ and what He has done for us. Repentance begins with a changing of ones mind; im tired of living this way, it then progresses to a change in direction in the believers life, no longer living and following self but have now picked up our cross, laid down our fleshly life and picked up Christ’s life serving and loving others. Finally repentance ends with a transformed and changed life which will not see perfection until death and standing Christ.

Were humble and obedient in his word.
How do we know we are fully surrender and in service to Christ?
We willingly grow in these three aapects: Faith, hope and love.
How do we know we are not just being deceived or tricked into thinking we are in Christ when we are truly in service to Self and the world?
We pray in Thanksgiving, we pray for others, we please God according to the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
