Here’s a brief starter on the subject. There is a lot more I can go into on this subject, but want to try to be more basic and susinct.
When we survey the Bible, we see that God is is made up of three distinct persons.
For instance, Jesus prayed directly to the Father as a separate being (Mt. 11:27; 26:39; Jn. 14:16-17). We can hardly make sense of the “high priestly prayer” unless the Father and Son are separate persons (Jn. 17).
Elsewhere, Jesus spoke of the Father and the Holy Spirit as distinct from himself (Lk. 11:13; Jn. 14:26; 15:26). Jesus told us to baptize new believers “in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit” (Mt. 28:19).
Paul spoke of all three persons of the Trinity, when he wrote, “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all” (2 Cor. 13:14).
Likewise, Peter spoke of believers being chosen by “God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to obey Jesus Christ and be sprinkled with His blood” (1 Pet. 1:2). 14:26).
At Jesus’ baptism, we read, “[Jesus] saw the heavens opening, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon Him; 11 and a voice came out of the heavens: ‘You are My beloved Son, in You I am well-pleased’” (Mk. 1:10-11).
While the three persons are distinct and separate centers of consciousness, they also agree with one another in their decisions and actions. We see this in the creation of the universe (Gen. 1:1-2; Jn. 1:1-3), Jesus’ resurrection (Gal. 1:1; Acts 2:24, 32; Rom. 1:4; Jn. 2:19; 10:18), and the indwelling of believers (Jn. 14:16, 18, 23; Rom. 8:9).

Verse 14 confirms that verse 13 is not speaking about 2 persons

These are cults, not Christians.
I would say that the Trinity is a term for a biblical concept that we find in scripture. We affirm monotheism (one substance) and three persons.

Jesus Himself did not deny worship. (Mark 11 among many others)
Jesus OFTEN called Himself the I AM – calling Himself God, which all the Hebrews would have known (reference to Exodus 3:14). The I AM is the name God gave for Himself in Exodus.
Jesus forgave sins and healed. And only God has the authority to forgive sins. (Luke 5:21).
There are many more examples. A good book on the subject would be “The Man Who Split Time: 22 proofs Jesus is God.”

“I, even I, am YHWH (Jehovah), And besides Me there is no Savior.”

So, solidify with them that Jehovah God is the only one called “I AM,”
called “The First and the Last,” and “the only Savior.” —
Next, ask them to read outloud: Revelation 1:17-18
“And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore.”
Then, ask them to read outloud: Titus 1:4
“To Titus, a true son in our common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior.”
— Review with them that 2 titles reserved for God alone, Savior and First and the Last, are applied to Christ. —
If they say that in the New Testament, Christ is the Savior instead of God, then have them read Titus 3:4 (“God our Savior”).
Finally – read to them the exchange where Jesus says, “Before Abraham was, I AM.”
Then point out that the Jews took it to be a claim of deity and took up stones to stone Him!!!

Also, you can point out that the name of Christ in Hebrew, YHW’SHWA, Yahushua, means “YHWH our Salvation.” Even His name is a claim to be YHWH.

Micah 5:2
“But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting”
This verse clearly is about Jesus the Messiah, not Father God, but teaches that He has always existed: “from everlasting.” The Hebrews word is Olam, ask them to look it up to make sure it means from eternity.
Elohim is translated as “God” in English, but in Hebrew it is plural. Yet when used of YHWH, it is used with singular pronouns and singular verbs. ”Our Elohim, He is One.” The very word Elohim teaches that God is a plural-singularity.
Similarly, the New Testament calls Jesus “Lord Jesus” and calls God “Lord,” and then teaches there is only: “one Lord, one faith” (Ephesians 4:5)
Why waste time on this? The devil wins ur time. Brother it’s false, once you know it, walk away. False Gospel.

Your question is moot, because a Christian church would never say that.
Let’s clarify one thing from the start any church that denies Christ’s deity is not a Christian church.
Genesis 3:22 identifies God as plural, scripture states “ Man is becoming like one of us” us meaning composing of multiple persons.
Jesus calls himself “I Am” in front of the Pharisees. I am is also how God identified himself to Moses. I am, also implies that Jesus was around for thousands of years which implies his eternal state
Jesus also calls himself the “Son of Man witch is a messianic term of deity.
Sins are crimes against God that only God can forgive, yet Jesus forgave sins.
Jesus also said “I and my Father are one”
Read in. Matthew 28 the great commission
If they denied Jesus deity, then they are not Christian.
