  1. Safi Rehawi says:

    Evolution, genetics etc

  2. Bradley Curnow says:

Angels also came and had children by women, so that could be one thing…

Otherwise, micro evolution the same as blue eyes and the various skin/hair types we have?

  3. Jacob O'Neill says:

    Micro evolution

  4. Kathy DeVoss says:

Genetic mutation that occurred over time because of the fall.. just as life span slowly decreased, skin colors, hair colors etc

  5. Edward Laurence Opena says:

They might be created with AO and BO. Both blood types can result to the four blood types that we have

  6. Chris Wolcott says:

If God literally created all that exists than I’m sure He would have no issues with the creation of blood types, either directly or through a long term mechanism like evolution. Questions like this seem to forget His abilities.

  7. James Gore says:

The same way we explain the different skin colors

  8. Ian Grant Spong says:

How do you not believe in variety within a species!

  9. Yee Lin says:

Blood groups also came from Shem, Ham, Japheth and their wives.

  10. Clive Samuels says:

    Evolution is a fraud.

  11. Asor Mullet says:

If evolution is true, why there are still many monkeys until today?

  12. Kathy DeVoss says:

Case in point!!! Adaptation of a species is not evolution
My cat gets thick hair in the winter but he is not evolving

  13. Aldrich Janelle says:

The same reason we have different colors of skin, hair, and eyes. The original design had diversity embedded. This allowed for incest to occur over a period without damaging the species. Unlike many other species humans today have a very low rate of diversity. This is baffling to secular science.

  14. David Gomez says:

Our God created the heavens and the earth with his words. He formed Adam from the dust and breathed life into him. He is all knowing and all powerful and all wise. He is a master creator. How many types of animals , and insects and fish in the sea and plants? All unique in their own way. All so complex. All have a purpose.

This and the previous 2 on the subject

  16. Lorna Isaacs says:

THEsecond Adams blood is the only type that saves all.

  17. Stuart Voce says:

OH the sheer pride or arrogance in trying to answer an unanswerable question is astounding.

What is so wrong in saying I dont know how? .

People have to come up with outlandish nonsense like they had rich blood or some other equivalent.

This question has no bearing on salvation at all and just highlights how prideful we as Gods creation has becomes .

  18. Dominic Polverino says:

Human Genome Project, made to disprove that we came from Adam and Eve but ended up proving the opposite. You can Google it.

  19. Rachel Clinton Gary says:

As someone stated above, Adam and Eve could have had different blood types. If one was AB and the other O then that would cover all blood types. I have 4 children. All from my husband. I am A. He is B. We have 2 children with A, 1 with B and one is O. Not saying that this is the answer but definitely something to consider.

  20. George Lamb says:

Can’t explain how we have different blood types in the family and community. Its God’s doing.

  21. Kim Fanning says:

That is an easy question to answer, if we understand the concept of God‘s creation in the beginning. Adam and Eve were created perfectly created, their bodies in their DNA containing all of the DNA for every hair color, Eye color, blood color skin color. As they had children, and their children had children, these types were disseminated over time and through the Tower of Babel, where strands of DNA were replicated with husbands and wives that Had similar DNA.

  22. Eric Arnold says:

Blood is a fluid that transports oxygen from the lungs to body tissue and carbon dioxide from body tissue to the lungs. Blood also transports nourishment from digestion and hormones from glands to all areas of the body. Blood also conveys disease fighting substances to the tissues and waste to the kidneys. Blood is thicker than water and has a slightly salty taste. An adult’s body usually has 10 pints of blood in circulation. Blood is composed of billions of living blood cells floating in a liquid called plasma. If you took a small sample of this blood and poured it into a test tube and then put it in a machine called a centrifuge, you would be able to see the layers of this blood. This machine spins the blood around so fast that it separates the red blood cells, from the white blood cells, from the platelets. The red blood cells sink to the bottom because they are the heavier, more solid parts, but the plasma remains at the top because it is lighter. Plasma is 95% water and the other 5% is made up of dissolved substances including salts.

All of the cellular elements of blood, including the red blood cells that transport oxygen, the platelets that trigger blood clotting in damaged tissues, and white blood cells of the immune system, derive ultimately from the same progenitor or precursor cells, the hematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow. As these stem cells can give rise to all of the different types of blood cells they are often known as pluripotent hematopoirtic stem cells. Initially they give rise to stem cells of more limited potential, which are the immediate progenitors of red blood cells, platelets, and the two main categories of white blood cells.

After the Great Flood, God commanded Noah as follows:

But flesh with the life thereof, [which is] the blood thereof, shall ye not eat. And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man’s brother will I require the life of man. Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. Genesis 9:4-6 (KJV)

This commandment was part of the Noahide laws rather than the Mosaic law and was thus binding on all people.

The Council of Jerusalem, as recorded in the Book of Acts in the New Testament, reaffirmed the prohibition on eating blood:

But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and [from] fornication, and [from] things strangled, and [from] blood. Acts 15:20 (KJV)

For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well. Acts 15:28-29 (KJV)

Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that blood transfusions are forbidden by God in the above passages from Acts.

The shedding of blood is also necessary for the remission of sin:

And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. Hebrews 9:22 (KJV)

In the Old Testament, this meant animal sacrifices. In the New Testament, it means the Blood of Christ.

  23. George Albinus says:

    adaptation is not Darwinian evolution.

  24. Doc Pip Thomas says:

Same way one explains the different hair, eyes, skin colour, and every other variation….genetic diversity.

And in fact there are only two blood types….A (for Adam) and B (for Beautiful). The other type is AB (which is both A+B proteins). And O is the absence of the A&B protein Adam could have had AO, and Eve BO (or vice verse) and thus their children could have been AO, OO, or BO. Two AO children could produce AO, OO, and AA. Ditto two BO: BO, OO, BB,

And for the record, my science degrees (up to PhD) is in medical and health sciences.

  25. Nick Shara says:

Dude. Atheists think ALL the blood came from a rock. Who has more faith??

  26. Bob Jones says:

By the inter marriage of brother and sisters, and other close relatives, it ain’t rocket science

  27. Kathy DeVoss says:

Not true. I am o+ and so are all my children. Need a basic grasp of genetics

  28. Mike Vincent says:

We all come from Noah and Adam. So someone has genes traceable back to Shem, Ham, or Japath and Noah.

  29. Richlon Merrill says:

The same question might be asked of Evolutionists. The answer, if there is one, does not sway the evidence one way or another.

  31. Lunard Lewis says:

    Why does it need explaining?

  32. Isaiah Hess says:

If you believe in evolution, then how do you explain the 4 different bood (?) types we have today?

The question is far harder for the evolutionist. In fact, it’s impossible to answer.

  33. Ben Sal Jr says:

If you choose to believe in the most awesome miracle in Gen 1:1 then who cares about anything else? Can science disprove the supernatural? P

  34. Yadah Yasharael says:

Variation in species. It’s in the genes. This is true evolution.

  35. John Foster says:

Adam and Eve represented a STARTING point. Mutations occurred which introduced variability.

  36. Tom Salamone says:

Probably the same way I would explain the different races. Change within a species is non controversial

  37. Dana Salomon says:

O is a mutation as is A-. No?

  38. Hillary J. Nobuoka says:

If a person with Type AB marries a person with Type O, there’s no problem at all. By the third generation of intermarriage there could be all 4 blood types.

  39. Kathy DeVoss says:

In the grand scheme of things it really doesn’t matter. We know who we came from

  40. Micki Shilvock says:

AB – presence of A and B factors

    A – no presence of B factor

    B – no presence of A factor

    O – neither A or B factors present.

    Just different combinations.

  41. Anonsb Anonsb says:

How do you believe that something comes from nothing

  42. Johnathon Morris says:

The same way you have two legs that fit the 4 pairs of jeans in your closet.

  43. Johnathon Morris says:

All things are possible with God, but it is always impossible without Him. It is impossible for God not to exist and foolish to contemplate it. Your already know God exists, you must beg Him for repentance and forgiveness and put all your trust in Christ as He died for the sins you and I committed that we may be saved from the judgement of our evil and wickedness and abide in heaven. It is appointed for every man to die (10 out of 10 men die) and after this the judgement. You ask for proof, but your conscience already bares witness to Him. You .ust turn from your wickedness ( fornication, drugs, drunkenness, cursing, lying, selfishness, etc) and turn to Him and agree with Him. He loves you so much that He put Himself while still remaining in heaven (His omnipotence and ability to be in more places than one) in Jesus Christ and was put on the cross to die for us, He raised from the dead three days later and conquered death because He was without sin and all this for this purpose, that you may know and believe and trust in Him for salvation, that your soul may not perish in hell but go to heaven. And He went and prepaired a place for you in heaven, but you must put your trust completely in Christ, and turn from your sin.

  44. Chase Rick says:

    Noah’s sons

  45. Slaven Radic says:

Not sure if this answers the question,, but if one parent has A blood type, and the other one has B type, the offspring could have any of the 4 blood types

  46. Dave Van Huffel says:

Creation narratives of Adam and Eve are mythical. Modern mankind went through at least 2 of 3 types of biological evolutionary processes. Blood types probably came from the premodern homo Sapiens, Erectus, Neanderthals, Nledi and Australopithecus species.

  47. Kathy DeVoss says:

The word of God says Let us make man in our image, in the image of God was man created

  48. Zach Payne says:

    Bood types? I don’t follow?

  49. Kathy DeVoss says:

Response to a post by Dave Van Huffel

  50. Lawrence Apitz says:

the whole earth was overspread from noah and his family, this may account for the 4 blood types, there was more diversity by that time.
