Is this instructions of Jesus christ to His Apostles continuous even after His resurrection or not?

The great commission says to go to all nations baptising and teaching.

That verse didn’t even last until his death on the Cross. He very obviously had his disciples talk to the gentiles after that. Especially Paul. Like Jesse said – keep reading. Don’t stop on one verse. At that point in his teachings, it wasn’t time to reach the Gentiles.

Jesus gave a parable on the topic, which to this day is not understood by many.
The parable of the rich man’s son’s wedding.
The rich man invited many people to his wedding. Family, friends etc.
No one came.
Then the rich man sent his sevents into the streets to invite all who would come. -
Remember the story of Cornelius in Acts 10. God almost had to use a cattle prod to get Peter to go to the gentiles. The Apostles were to preach the gospel to the world.
As Jesus said “Mark 16:15 NASB
And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” -
Since many of the Disciples were martyred outside of Israel one could reasonably conclude that Jesus instructions for that particular commission was only for Israel.
Later we find out that the commission changed in Matthew 28 to the world.

This is Jesus first ministry to offer himself as king of the Jews it was conditioned on Israel repenting as a nation he sent the disciples out and the 70 to preach the gospel of the kingdom this is the covenant made with David . The reformed churches of the reformation period say that God is done with Israel they fall under covenant theology they don’t believe in the tribulation period or the millennium . The theme of Matthew is Christ the king it is very strong in showing the Jews rejecting him and then going to the cross Roman’s 9 is Israel’s past 10 is Israel’s present 11 is Israel’s future. I know I will get push back.

The confessions are contained in the the Book of Concord. The local library has it and I suspect every library has accese to it locally or by interlibrary. I expect there its somewhere on infernet. I never used it that way, I had my own copy.
