  6. Philip Madanat says:

Myself as per Romans 2:29 “But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.”

  7. Frank Boardman says:

There is nothing special about our heritage as sinners. Leaning on the pride of ancestry is confidence in the flesh.

  8. Anthony Bryant Sr. says:

What is the relevance of the question? We are indeed one in Christ, we are not expected to deny our gender, deny the roles that have been given us in life. A father cannot be a mother, nor a women a man.

We are not to deny our history, our cultural preference, or our likes and dislikes. So what does Paul mean “there is nethier Jew or Gentles”? What does it mean we are one in Christ?

  9. Max Wolfe says:

Raised as Jew. Baptized in Christ at age 42

  10. James King says:

Tim. I am not Jewish from the place of genealogy as a Jewish person or extraction. Nevertheless we as Christians, followers and disciples of Yeshua, Jesus. We recognize his Jewish heritage and celebrate the same. Jehovah said to Abraham, through you the whole earth shall be blessed and so it is. We can relate to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who was called Israel and to Moses, David the king and to Our Lord and Savior , the Lord Jesus Christ , Son of the Living God , Jehovah. We the Christian family and the Jewish nation have a lot in common. That common element is Yehusa, the Christ .
If you have any questions , please ask. And let us as well ask questions of you. Selah!

  11. Terence Sowers says:

Tim, I am only Jewish by adoption because Yehoshua died for my sins. I was graced with the Jews for Jesus when I worked in San Francisco standing on the corners handing out brochures. I was able to talk to them and get their input. They had a great resource. I went to their bookstore and purchased a lot of their books. I learned a lot about the Jewish culture and the Jewish Feasts.

  12. Joshua White says:

Aren’t we all, as Christians, grafted in to the root?

  13. Peter Grapsas says:

They are jews by race, we are jews by grace

  14. John Bowman says:

We are both descendants of Adam. Does that count?

  15. Joseph William Luna says:

Does it matter? Being Jewish is just as bad as being a Muslim. If you are a believer in Messiah, your Jewishness brings zero advantage.

  16. Joel Postma says:

    Grafted in count?

  17. James Clark says:

    keep it civle yall. /admin/

  18. Sara K Arana says:

To All : Orthodox Judism doesn’t beleive Jesus is the Messiah so we are not all one in Christ. To Tim: I love you and stand with Israel ♥️ PS how do you feel the Christian Bible is so mistranslated?

  19. James Trawon says:

You’re an arrogant Jew boasting of your race. Didn’t you know that salvation is by grace. Not all Jews will enter the Kingdom of God and same goes with the gentiles. Judaism is a religion and cannot save man’s soul. We are redeemed by faith and it doesn’t matter whether you are a Jew or not. God’s salvation is given free to all.

  20. Marlayne Giron says:

  24. Dre Day Ahchyam says:

Salvation is not for you outside nations , y’all are not his chosen people, he only chose us children of Israel the Hebrew Israelites the people he has always defended.

  25. Dre Day Ahchyam says:

This is Christ speaking out of his (OWN) mouth telling you who came for, he’s gonna say only my people us children of Israel the Hebrew Israelites, he did not die for you outside nations of people: (Matthew 15:24)

“But he answered and said,?I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”?

  26. Avi-Asher Hyde says:

Naturally there would be. Living in Israel here as well.

I’m curious as to why a convert is looking for other Jews though, and what set of beliefs you expect them to have.

  41. Jeremiah Waldrop says:

    Jewish in religion or genetics?

  42. Joshua Nathanael Nas says:

Ethnically Jewish yes, but fully reformed in theology.

  43. Shane Johnson says:

Yes as believer I would be one of the true seed of Abraham by faith

  44. Raquel Beltran says:

yes ALL of us are grafted.

13 But now you have been united with Christ Jesus. Once you were far away from God, but now you have been brought near to him through the blood of Christ.

  45. Raquel Beltran says:

Tim , HE revealed it !

    In the beginning created God the heavens and the earth.” So here is a breakdown of the first two words in Genesis;

The 1st word Barasheet translated as “In the beginning”
The letters in order are: Beyt Resh Aleph Shin Yud Tav
Beyt + Resh together form the word Bar meaning “Son of”
Aleph = Ox head meaning Power, Authority, Strength; commonly used in the Hebrew Bible for “God”
Shin = Two front teeth meaning Sharp, Press, Eat… (the function of the teeth when chewing; consume/destroy)
Yud = Arm meaning work, make and deed; the functions of the hand
Tav = Crossed Sticks meaning Mark, Sign, Signal, Monument

    So the first word in the Bible, in the beginning, holds this idea;
The Son of God (will be) destroyed (by His own) work on a cross. Even from the beginning, the Son of God was to die on a cross for us by His own hand to save us from our sins.

  46. Bob Francis says:

Me. As a Bible believing born again Christian I am a TRUE son of Abraham. Paul in his Epistle to the church in Rome teaches us that you are a son/daughter not by blood but by faith.

  47. Wendy Beard says:

As far as I know I am not. I am curious. Do you know which tribe or tribes you descend from? Is it from both of your parents, just your father, or just your mother?

  48. Marlayne Giron says:

My grandmothers maiden name was Cohen who’s descends from Levi but there’s no way of really knowing because of the temple destruction in 70 ad

  49. Scott Lewis says:

My wife is and as far as she knows, she descends from the Levites.

  50. Greg Savitt says:

    I am.
