I believe it is largely, because those of us that are Christians are not raising our children in the way that they should go. That and Christians can often be off putting to non-believers, and turn people off of even hearing them out.

Do you mean globally or nationally? Atheism is growing in the West, but the total number has decreased as a proportion globally

Because the education system has been taken over by liberal democrats. They have had control of the education system for over fifty years. My kids have CNBC pumped into the lunch room at the local public schools! It’s indoctrination just like all the sex Ed bull crap their shoving down their throats. Younger ages and more perverted every year. If we could afford it my kids would be in a private Christian school.

My very own blood brother who was raised Christian along with my 2 sisters and I has renounced his faith. He is borderline Satanist. It is devastating.

Idk. For me I just can’t connect with Christians anymore. I mean, you read the comments here. I never felt like there was a god who listened or replied. I don’t see the Bible as trustworthy despite all the attempts to make it sensible. If you don’t understand you’re either dumb or under the influence of Satan. It’s just a toxic environment for most.

For the same reason flat earthers, vaxxiers, Holocaust deniers and alternative medicine people are growing.
We live in a post truth society, in other words, the perfect breeding ground for atheist and secularist.

Simple I guess, it’s growing now since we are now seeing the “sign of the times” mentioned in the Bible. Apostasy and wickedness will grow even more in the end times.
