Rom. 1:23-25
23 Instead of honoring the divine greatness of God, who lives forever, they traded it for the worship of idols—things made to look like humans, who get sick and die, or like birds, animals, and snakes.
24 People wanted only to do evil. So God left them and let them go their sinful way. And so they became completely immoral and used their bodies in shameful ways with each other.
25 They traded the truth of God for a lie. They bowed down and worshiped the things God made instead of worshiping the God who made those things. He is the one who should be praised forever. Amen.

    It appears that protestants need to Hate Mary to find value in their own theology. Catholics see it as “And” not “Or”. We do not pit God’s mother against Christ. Christ would not do that and we should imitate Him. We only worship God alone. But should honor in the highest, those who are in deep friendship with our Lord. A friend of God is a friend of mine.

    Mary is not a mediator! Jesus is that for us to the father! Whoever is praying to another other than God is not Christian! Just because she was called blessed does not make her divine.

    Sad to say but is true everyone has an idol they are bowing too. Some bow to ignorance, some bow to arrogance, some to lack of knowledge many to self righteousness. Jesus said to them who have no sin cast the first stone. Jesus told a tax collector to get down from the sycamore tree so that HE would go with Him to his house and socialise with him. That’s how Jesus preached His Gospel of the kingdom which was through actions.

    These people were not really a christians (this is the truth) for a Christians worshipped The LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST. They are called “PATRONIANS” for these people are worshipping their “PATRON” These people were fun of celebrating fiestas, Mass , Rosary , Novena , ritual, praying for the dead, holy communion, confession for mercy, and fun also of signs and miracles., WHICH CAN NEVER BE FOUND IN THE SCRIPTURES.

    REAL CHRISTIANS will not compromise these blasphemous evil rituals . For CHRISTIAN WILL ONLY BOW TO OUR LORDJESUS CHRIST

    Mary was a sinner and had other children. She was blessed among women but needed Saviour just like the rest of us. we do not bow to Mary, nor pray to Mary. She’s long dead. She does not hear anyone’s prayer

    Can we set aside the “Catholics worship Mary” thing? That has been posted before and enough of you have heard Catholic quotes from the Catechism of the Catholic Church instead of interpretation of a photo. How about posts on what we agree on? Like affirming the Trinity or canonicity of the NT? Or that Dietrich Bonhoeffer was a swell guy? Why be provocative?

    Official Catholic dogma is to venerate (respect), not pray to or worship Mary. Sadly, many people do worship her as ‘co-Redemptoris ’.

    All Denominations take out statues of Mary, Joseph, the wisemen, etc at Christmas time. Why is ok once a year instead of all year?

    This is what happens when you depend on cathechism alone. You tend to be blinded by the obvious. Read your bible and pray/ ask wisdom from the Holy Spirit, then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. The illustrations are very childish rebuttal of your faith. I was born a Catholic ,served as an altar boy for my early days and even wanted to enter priesthood, then God showed me the right path and never regreted it. I hope tha God enlightens those who are blinded by religion. Personal relationship in Jesus of the Bible will save us. Peace be with you all.
