There a two type of Sinner
A good sinner and a bad sinner

Maybe there needs to be added context. Good sinner as in “a Christ follower who still obviously sins”?

Yes what he was referring too was a believer and unbeliever

none of you must have not read 6th chapter of corithians; the 18 chapter said ther fore anyone in Christ is a new creature old things are passed away and all things become new.

When we get saved, we are no longer identified as sinners but as children of God. I think it was a well meaning analogy though. We all fall short and still have moments where we sin but we are not sinners by lifestyle if we are saved
