Dr. Marion and Bishop Harold Spellman talk with Church of God Historian Charles W. Conn at the Dixon Pentecostal Research Center in Cleveland, Tennessee, on October 8, 1992. Having previously ministered to incarcerated and addicted women, Dr. Spellman established Peniel Residential Treatment Center in 1980 to provide hope and ministry to men and women with drug and alcohol addictions.
