I am older than the Red Back Hymnal. I still have room in my heart and in my worship for it, as well as new songs and contemporary music, as long as it glorifies God and brings hearts to the throne room in worship. What did we sing before we had the Red Back??? I enjoyed and miss the “Convention” or “Campmeeting” song books. Who remembers those? While I’m riding that hobby horse…bring back the Pilot. That was the best publication out of Pathway Press ever!

I am 68 and 1/2 I am 3 years older than the red-back. Now I did not say I was as old as you. You are older than all the songs in the Red-back hymnal…..LOL Just a joke…..OK a bad one.

Oh yes I loved the Pilot! There were some good skits & teachable info in them! Do they still publish the Lighted Pathway?
