Shop Like a Man

You know how most men shop…

Whether its an engagement ring or a pair of socks, they walk into a store, go straight to the spot where what they want is located, pick out what they want and walk to the checkout counter, pay for it, and head back to their car.

All this takes about fifteen minutes.

That’s what I’ve started doing with all the electronic distractions vying for my attention. I treat them like a man shopping.

I have determined to not allow my brain be turned to mush watching brain numbing triviality.

I shall not waste my life watching other people live their.

I’ve got places to go, things to do and time is limited. I shall “shop” like a man.

The ONE THING for today: Social media can provide important information and facilitate meaningful connections, but shop like a man. Log on, get the information you need and then get out of there!
