Think not that I am come to destroy the law,…

Does Church of God as a whole believe that we are still under the law? I spoke with with a CoG Bishop who indicated we were still under Mosaic Law and gave this scripture as support.

“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:17-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

So Does the Church of God believe Christians are under the law? Yes, no, maybe? What does CoG believe?

We are under a fulfilled Law through Jesus.
Jesus removed the handwriting and ordinances of the law that was contrary to us.
Colossians 2:13-15
And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
