I think he meant Ladies Willing Workers Band, a ladies Ministries group.

The name has been changed so many times they not sure what they are anymore

It is Women’s Discipleship. We do have elected leadership.

Yes we have Ladies Ministries with elected leaders at your ( used to be church) . Your mom served for yr. in different jobs!! She was the best!! McMinnville church of God

Yes I was elected president In Memphis many years ago and just recently resigned the office of secretary/treasurer after serving 30 years at my present church
Most churches survive solely on the proceeds of the ladies hard work . -
My own mom was part of the willing workers when I was growing up. I was part of it when my children were growing up but it was then called Ladies Ministries.
