Apologetics is great, but not an end to itself. One of the world’s greatest minds, Blaise Pascal, said: “Faith is different from proof. One is human and the other a gift of God..Men despise religion. They hate it and are afraid it may be true. The cure for this is first to show that religion is not contrary to reason, but worthy of reverence and respect. Next (and greater in my opinion) make it ATTRACTIVE, make good men wish it were true, and then show that it is.” Ya’ll think he was right?
