How we replanted and refocused to be more on-mission (part 1)

On June 13, 2002 and after two years of church planting, I left Chicago and a much loved but failed church plant. I left the city I distinctly felt Jesus call me to having made some mistakes, having picked up a few scars, having learned some hard lessons, and having experienced Gods grace.
I worked as a Development Director for a Communications firm where I consulted with Fortune 500 companies and trained sales teams in a new marketing/billing technology. Besides that, I attended my dads church in Homestead, FL. I enjoyed my time, my wife, gathered myself, and felt reinvigorated for ministry, specifically church planting. Continue reading →
