Just wondering? Several camp meeting speakers are making the rounds…

Just wondering? Several camp meeting speakers are making the rounds as they do every year and I wonder how their compensation is arrived at? Some are on a very tight schedule and might need a leased plane to get them to their appointments. Presumably all their expenses are paid including travel, hotels, etc., and then of course compensation; does that come from state funds, general funds or?
One time in Michigan our company brought in the late Paul Harvey as the featured speaker. I learned that they had sent a private jet to get him there and back and that his charge was $ 100.00 for each minute that he spoke. I am sure that some well thought out arrangement has been made for the camp meeting speakers. Anyone want to comment?
