On September 29, 1907, the Church of God dedicated this building in Cleveland, Tennessee. It was the first building of any kind owned by the young movement and was located on 11th Street, where the North Cleveland Church of God’s Bryant Fellowship Hall is today. The local congregation hosted annual Assemblies in this building from 1908 to 1915 and again in 1919. This photo is of the 8th General Assembly in January 1913. After the Church of God built an Assembly Auditorium, the local congregation worshiped in the Assembly Auditorium, and the Bible Training School (Lee University) used this building.
