The following article was originally published in May of 2024. The speculations that were offered were not based on extra-biblical sources; they were based on two principles (New updates will be separated by a line across the page) :
Prognostications for the Last Days of the Church Age :: By The Gospelist – Rapture Ready
- An accurate understanding of eschatology,
- A theoretical timeframe of when the prophetic events of the Bible should occur. This timeline is based on the following:
3960 BC: Creation
33 AD: Church Age begins
2033 AD: Church Age concludes
2040 AD: Christ’s Second Advent
The above math was not difficult to calculate. All you need is a general idea of when the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples (33 AD), assume a 2,000-year church age, account for a seven-year tribulation, then subtract 6,000 years to arrive at the date of the creation.
Once you have the timeline, all that is necessary is to insert all future prophecies into it in chronological order.
Paul informed us that we would not be in darkness when the Day of the Lord was upon us (I Thessalonians 5:1-6). I have been on this earth for well over sixty years, and none of what we are seeing is remotely normal. When people can no longer figure out that there are only two sexes, that is a clear sign that we are already deep into God’s judgment against the world.
It is hard to deny that this Day is close.
One of the commands of the Lord is for God’s people to “keep watch.” If we see something suspicious, we should alert the church to our suspicions. If it is a false alarm, we are still following Christ’s mandate to stay alert for his return.
The fact that all the signs of Christ’s imminent return are coming together as we approach the two-thousandth year of the church age is suspicious.
If this theory is correct, then we should be seeing the signs and prophecies of Christ’s soon return coming together over the next several years.
For those who may not understand how theories work, a theory is published and is reviewed by the public. Some may build on the theory while others will attempt to debunk it.
In the end, reality will determine if this theory is correct or not.
Finally, the purpose of these prognostications is to provide an outline of the things that should occur if we are close to the rapture of the church. It is designed to keep us Scripture-focused and comforted as things become increasingly horrifying. These prognostications should also motivate us to share the Gospel with greater vigor.
To summarize some of the prognostications that I believed must happen in order for everything to progress as theorized (that I laid out in my article in May of 2024) were:
(1) The various attempts to destroy President Trump will fail.
(2) Trump will be elected President.
(3) Trump will be elected overwhelmingly, which will render Democrats incapable of cheating.
(4) Trump will take office with little resistance from the corrupt Democrats.
(5) Trump’s election will result in greater freedom for what is left of the church to spread the Gospel.
(6) The evil Globalists will work to upend Trump’s agenda every step of the way (they have used many of our corrupt judges who have determined that any policy that benefits the people of this country is unconstitutional).
(7) The left will experience temporary widespread unpopularity.
(8) Censorship will be temporarily reduced (ex. Facebook appointed free speech advocates to serve on their board; YouTube is allowing more material through).
(9) Trump will resist the UN and its attempts at creating a corrupt, worldwide government, which will likely cause it to relocate due to lack of support.
(10) The Obama-appointed swamp rats in the federal government will go into hiding and operate behind the scenes.
(11) President Trump will set back the plans of the evil Globalists for a short time by ending the corruption of the Godless Democrats who are their lackeys.
(12) The Democrats will want revenge for losing power and will persecute viciously those who denied that to them if/when they return to power in 2029.
Donald Trump had to win the presidency because, had Kamala won, we would have been plunged into hyperinflation before the appointed time (which is estimated around 2033-2034). Things are going on normally just prior to the rapture, so someone had to right the U.S. ship economically.

The next projections, in my opinion, for 2026 and beyond are:
(1) The number of churches that preach the Gospel will continue to dwindle, which will lead to the takeover of a totalitarian form of government. Our last great preacher of God’s word, John MacArthur, has passed, and the number of pastors who preach the Gospel is shrinking. The State of Colorado is now led by Marxist totalitarian perverts, and our largest city, New York, has been taken over by a Marxist Muslim.
Many of our largest states, such as California, Minnesota, and New Jersey, have been taken as well. The evil of Marxist Islamism, which has taken Europe, is slowly overtaking the USA as the Holy Spirit continues to withdraw his hand of protection. (Note: the people of Europe are starting to push back, but they are going to find out that communists do not give up power willingly.)
(2) The Holy Spirit is slowly removing His restraining influence over the world, and even with great leadership in government, we are descending into violence and sexual perversion. This is occurring in conjunction with the ever-decreasing number of churches that preach the Gospel. When the Holy Spirit withdraws, the number of reprobates (who vote) increases. The government will not be able to stop this decline.
(3) Once President Trump steps down in 2029 and a Democrat takes over, our reprieve from evil and persecution will be over.
(4) Although the Republicans will likely win the mid-term elections significantly and keep the House and the Senate, which will allow Trump to create great prosperity, this affluence will lead to complacency for the next election and allow the Democrats to retake power. Faithlessness always follows great prosperity. The evil Globalists and their Democrats will quickly move to create policies to steal the wealth that was created under Trump and use it to empower themselves while subjugating the people.
(5) When the murderous Democrats win the 2028 presidential election, the U.S. Constitution will be useless when they take power. As Dan Bongino likes to say, “People are Policy.” The Democrats had a series of “No Kings” protests, which signaled their intention once they return to power. They intend to install the next Democrat president as king.
(6) The 2028 presidential election will be the last free election in this country. By 2032, the winner of the 2028 election, who will likely be Gavin Newsom, will wield dictatorial power like a king. Newsome is the likely nominee of the Democrat Party because he has no conscience, lies pathologically, and has demonstrated outrageous destructive power.
(7) The Marxists and the Muslims will have unrestrained power by 2030 after a Democrat is elected in 2029. The severe persecution of Christians in this country will move into high gear once their people are in place. The evil that will result in this chaos is building now.
(8) Lawlessness will increase in 2029 as law enforcement worldwide will no longer punish real crimes. The Democrats will turn law enforcement on its head and punish those who violate the tenets of social justice (which is happening in Europe now). They will not punish crimes that violate God’s law, like murder, rape, and theft; they will punish those whom they call ‘racists,’ ‘Zionists,’ ‘homophobes,’ ‘Islamophobes,’ and ‘climate deniers.’
(9) The Marxist Muslim Mamdani, the incompetent puppet mayor of NY, will cause the evacuation of NY by productive citizens. The UN, which is becoming increasingly irrelevant, will follow by the end of 2026 or take another form and reemerge in Babylon (this prediction is looking a little iffy for 2026).
(10) Babylon, Iraq, is still moving forward with its desire to control the hub of world trade. The Iran war should accelerate this. It should become a major player on the world stage by 2033. If the Democrats lose the midterm elections and are unable to stop President Trump, the evil Globalists will begin to look for a competitor to the U.S. China is too unreliable, so Satan will begin preparing Babylon for world domination in 2027.
(11) Evil and injustice will proliferate throughout the nation beginning in 2029. Christians will be censored, and the Vatican, which controls the Roman Catholic Church, has already conformed to the agenda of the evil Globalists and will become the dominant ‘church.’ Most Protestant churches (Laodicean) will fall in line with the RCC and will be populated with false teachers who preach social justice instead of the Gospel.
(12) Pope Leo XIV has demonstrated that he is on board with the agenda of the evil Globalists. It is possible he will be the false prophet of Revelation, but he has not shown that level of competence yet. Unless he is inhabited by a demon soon, or gets better at deception, he will be removed, and the real False Prophet will be installed. Currently, Pope Leo’s main role seems to be to assist America in conforming to the Globalists’ agenda.
(13) The Roman Catholic Church will be the dominant church in the West by 2030. Those Catholics who resist their destructive doctrines will be excommunicated from this abomination and become targets of the government. The RCC will be in bed with the Islamists and the evil Globalists.
(14) The Globalists who have purchased a legion of Marxist and Muslim lackeys will wield unchecked power over the world. They will begin setting up their system to control global commerce so no one can buy or sell without their permission. This system will be fully operational by 2037.
(15) ‘Woke’ returns on steroids in 2029, as the Days of Noah (extreme violence) and Lot (extreme Sexual perversion) grow increasingly worse. America will be overrun by third-world savages, and the nation will never be restored to its former glory.
(16) The great falling away from the faith begins in earnest by 2030.
(17) The mocking of Christians, especially dispensationalists, will grow even worse as true Christians will be ridiculed around the world.
(18) Censorship, especially of the Gospel, will be in full force by 2030.
(19) The nation of Israel begins reinstituting the Mosaic law by 2030 amidst the social confusion. Israel’s construction of the third temple should begin around this time.
(20) America begins losing most of its influence and economic prosperity to Babylon by 2032. The nations of the earth are already turning away from the U.S. and have shown a preference for the wicked government of China (the Globalists’ template). All remnants of the West, otherwise known as Christendom, will soon be swept away.
(21) The ten kings, who will rise out of political chaos, will be identifiable by 2032,
(22) The rapture occurs before summer 2033, when the full number of Gentiles will have come in.
We should begin to see most of the prophecies coming together between 2030 to 2033 to the point that, for those who are watching, it is undeniable.
The evil Globalists will be able to control all information by this time, and those who are of the world will accept any narrative they put out. It will be very easy to deceive a nation and a world that is weak in faith.
If this theory is correct, the church has very little time to share the Gospel and call sinners to repent.
If this theory is incorrect, the worst thing that happened should be that we shared the Gospel with greater vigor.
