Time to eat ice cream!

I first posted this blog in June of 2009, writing to the wonderful congregation I then served in Fort Mill, SC. They all knew I enjoyed my ice cream. However, with only rare exceptions, I only eat ice cream once a week…for a very special reason.

With this being Friday, I thought this blog might be a good reminder to all of us (and not just to eat ice, through I certainly encourage it!)
