We’re excited about the Upcoming LeaderLabs Training for Trainers 2023!
By now you should have watched ALL VIDEOS at least twice and read through ALL the materials at least once; Manuals for DISC and Driving Forces.
I’m assuming that each of you will enter this training pretty-much as experts on how to debrief and unpack the TriMetrixDNA Assessment. This is not about passing or failing the week of training. It’s about you being competent enough to debrief a person or team and teach the LeaderLabs 3.0 material. The only way to reach this goal is to PUT IN THE WORK.
YOU HAVE TO MAKE TIME. You will always have to make time whenever you attempt to sharpen your saw. This is going to be an exciting week of information and fellowship, so buckle up… just a few more days. Get er done!
P.S. Don’t forget to bring a COLOR COPY of your TriMetrixDNA report. The first three days will work from your assessment.

Remember to set aside Wednesday evening from 7pm - 9pm. We will all take the exam together. You do not want to miss this. If we do not get both EXAMS taken Wednesday evening, then we will take the second one first thing Thursday morning.

However, when I do a search on Expedia, there are many hotels with a lower rate. I found Marriotts Town Suites at $114 for example. The Douglas Inn, next to Cracker Barrel, is rated "Excellent" at $89. (I have not personally seen these rooms.) Holiday Inn is $139.
