Can anyone provide the book, chapter, and verse to support KY Admin Bishop, Bruce Rabon’s, statement that tithing was commanded before the law (item 4 on the link)? Don’t want an argument, if the scripture exist just provide it and if it doesn’t (which I strongly suspect), simply state that. And if it doesn’t exist, can someone explain what gives this man the right to add to or change scripture?
