One person died and three others suffered minor injuries when a tornado touched down in Westmoreland, Kansas, on Tuesday afternoon. Twenty-two homes in Westmoreland have been determined to be uninhabitable. The tornado was one of nearly 200 reported in the Plains and Midwest since Friday.
