GREECE 2024 TRIP

Please complete your Registration AND Agreement Form below.


Our travel agent has informed us that to keep our present airline rates, our payment for the airline tickets is due to them on Monday. Therefore, as soon as I get your specific ticket costs, I will contact you and need you to make your airfare payment so we can secure your seats and upgrades. (Payment options are below.)

VERY IMPORTANT:

Please complete the Registration Form for each person in your party. I need this information as soon as possible (within 24 hours). Click the Gold Button below to complete the form.

The second button, the Blue Button, is your full information and Agreement form.  I need you to read, sign, and return a copy to me via email.

WAYS TO PAY:

1. NO FEES: If you are local and want to bring a check or cash by, please contact me. 

2. NO FEES: You can send from any checking account through Zelle to [email protected].

3. CREDIT CARDS: You can send through PayPal using the QR Code provided. It will use the term “donate.” Fill in the amount and be sure to click the box to cover the cost of using your credit card. (It will calculate that for you.) We cannot absorb the credit card fees as we are charging you what it costs us. If fees are taken out, they will make your payment short of the amount due. (Only use PayPal through this QR code so keep this email handy.)

4. I don’t think Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay are a good choice for AirFare because of the large amount being transferred. It may flag you or cause problems on either end. It should be fine for the smaller amounts though.

Use the choice “payment among friends,” not for a purchase.



REMINDER OF FUTURE PYMTS:
FEB 10: 2nd installment of $350 per person.
MAR 10: 3rd installment of $545 per person.
JUL 29:  4th and remaining balance due.

REMEMBER TO Make application for your Passport or Renewal of your Passport ASAP.  You must have at least six months of eligibility on your Passport as of November 4th, 2024.
