Now in a U S News article this week we are told that as many as 400,000 and certainly more than 250,000 die each year from medical errors. More deaths than from highway deaths, more than from smoking and more than from guns, a thousand times more than from terrorist attacks and yet they go almost unnoticed. It’s a truth they don’t want to hear and if you have medical people in your congregation they wouldn’t want you giving this warning to those under your influence. You might scare people away from needed treatment you might slow down the money flow into the giant medical system!
