He defended the faith

Probably second only to Billy Graham in the 20th and 21st Centuries. He had such an eloquence and such resolve.

Ravi was a samurai of the faith.

Brought a new level of intellect to proclaiming the truths of the Bible

His impact was and still is incalculable. He communicated to believers how necessary it is to defend the faith with reason and credibility, a skill that is necessary to carry out the Great Commission and that is more important now than ever before. I think that skill might have been lost in the Western World if not for him. Combine that with the fact that he was able to lead so many non-believers to Christ, and I just don’t think there is any way you can properly describe his impact.

I have seen people trying to take him down and as much as saying he was a charltan which upsetted me.. How did he deal with situations like this.. Being mocked..

I think the longer he’s gone home to be with The Lord, people are going to realize more and more how special he was.

He was a great man of faith. Made Christianity easy to understand for the believer and unbeliever.

He tried to unify various Christians faith by preaching the truthful gospel of Christ. Mr Ravi was a great defender of the Gospel on one side and on the other he championed “let my people think” message. The Christians World would really miss this true believer of Christ. His messages cut across all faiths (Trinitarians, Non-trinity, Muslim, Hinduism etc) for the defense of the Church and the gospel of Christ.

Just when the atheists, scientists and philosophical elitists of the day thought they had buried Christianity as a poor man’s religious dogma—God sent Ravi.

Ravi was a great defender of the faith and an amazing man of God who loved the Lord with his whole heart. My own faith has been strengthened through reading his books and watching his lectures. I look forward to meeting him in the age to come.

Ravi Zacharias when I hearing him speak he was so moving and captivating. Ravi Zacharia always had an answer on what he believe in and why he believe in what he did. It gave me clarity on my Christian faith. Ravi Zacharia was very confident in knowing what he was going to say and how he was going to say it. I still listen to some of his sermons at night. I just hope one day that I can share my faith in the way that he did.

I think beside his knowledge the best legacy was the way he lived his life. That is the most important because he was an example of what Jesus does in the people.

He does not fear hostile audience. He preaches the gospel to those who oppose it. Answer any questions with truth and grace.

That you didn’t need to leave your brain out of your discussions with people. And most recently with the horrendous posts I see put up by a number of Christians the ability to walk in Grace AND Truth. ( John 1) Not one or the other. Both.

One day I was looking for preaching and instead I found Ravi Zacharias and christian apologetics on YouTube. He shared the gospel and his testimony with gentleness and respect to believers and non-believers alike. He taught me that Jesus desires a personal relationship with me, which changed my walk with Christ. He gave me the courage to tell people about Christ and how he changed my life. Even if I dont know the answer to the tough questions I know where to direct people now.

He definitely answered many of my intellectually struggling questions regarding my faith in the Bible.

Ravi, warm, intellectual voluntarily went on a swat styled crusade against false and negative concepts about Christianity even visiting the most secular and liberal and skeptical universities and academics. He left a legacy for us all to follow.

Christian apologist dr. Ravi zacharias was one of my favorite Christian apologist….i like him becuase there are so many many questions about faith and belief and gospel and about life he can answer it with point….and i like him to defend the Christian beliefs

Ravi was an inspiration. I have many atheist friends and I didn’t know how to answer them. Then I came across Ravi and he made it possible and easy. I remember once someone asked a question and I answered him exactly the way I had heard Ravi answer. It was in a WhatsApp group. Everyone was speechless. I gave them links to listen to Ravi and Lee Strobell. They have never told if they listened or not, but I believe the word planted a seed in their hearts. Since then I have been more confident in engaging atheists and others religious worldviews. Personally, Ravi helped me by answering questions that I struggled with regarding God. I always dreamt of meeting him. I know I will in heaven.

He has made a tremendous impact, especially on university and college campuses and the broader church, at large. Being from a Christian & Missionary Alliance Church background, I have been a follower and supporter for years.

Impacting Christianity could be understood to imply/mean that the fundaments of the faith needed to be changed/ adjusted or influenced by somebody. A more appropriate way of putting it would be how did Ravi Zechariahs impact people with the gospel and his way of doing apologetics?
