God loves everyone equally and our Lord died for all of us knowing there would be those of us who would reject Him.

God IS everywhere. Bible says so. So you are wrong.

God is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent.

God is everywhere, He is not in everything. He created everything, He is connected to everything, but He is not in a tree, or an acorn, or part of nature. God is immaterial but made the material. The way you say that matters.

On the one hand: “For in him we live, and move, and have our being” (Acts 17:28). On the other hand, “God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwells not in temples made with hands” (Acts 17:24) and “Howbeit the most High dwells not in temples made with hands, as saith the prophet: Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will you build me? says the Lord: or what is the place of my rest? Has not my hand made all these things?” (Acts 7:48-50). The Holy Spirit is with believers, truly, and I am glad!

I’m wondering if what you mean by your second statement is that he is not everything as opposed to he is not in everything? If I am incorrect, can you tell me why you think that god is not in everything? The scripture tells us otherwise…

God lives in the believers as the effect/result of salvation, Ezekiel 36:27, Eph. 1:13, 1Cor. 3:16, 1Cor. 6:19.

The Bible says we (believers) are the temple where God lives, i.e where God could only be found is in the believers. … remember what King Solomon said when he was dedicating the temple he built, he said he knew that “God do not live the temple made with hands.
And Jesus said, he destroy the temple (not physical, his body) and build it up on the third day, as we have it recorded in the Bible that He rose on third…
By salvation, believers became the temple, where God lives…
