Does Dispensational Theology teach signs and wonders finished with the death of the last Apostle and was only for building up the early Church ?If yes do you think this is correct?

I would say that Dispensational Theology makes it clear that it is Israel that demands signs and wonders, which when Jesus came as their Messiah He gave to them but they did not believe. Jesus blesses those who believe without seeing, which is why there have been no great signs and wonders since Israel rejected their Messiah, they were to only be given the sign of Jonah (Jesus’ resurrection) and the prophecies of the prophets. There will be great signs and wonders during the time of Jacob’s trouble, but those signs are specifically for Israel to be healed of their blindness and cry out for Jesus as their Messiah.

Are you asking if miracles and wonders finished with the death of Christ?

They teach that with the term cessasionalist. As in ceasing. Those who disagree would be considered continuists. This includes John Piper who is not by any means a charismatic in denominational association.
