Does it matter how different Christian denominations (LDS, JWs, etc) view Jesus. (I. E. As God, an archangel, a god, a teacher) as long as the core beliefs are – to have faith in Him, His teachings, that He was crucified, and was ressurected? And depend on Him for salvation? Please. Is there any scriptual evidence to rebuke this?

Unless you’re willing to say that Muslims are Christians too, you can’t include LDS in the Christian group. I don’t know enough about JWs to comment but LDS believe they save themselves, in part, by their works and that they too can be God (or just like Him). That’s pretty far removed from the Bible. They also only follow the Bible where it doesn’t conflict with their own books (Book of Mormon, D&C etc) so you can’t even really say they follow Jesus’ teachings but rather they follow their own prophets and the main one is pretty much a David Koresh-type (claimed God told him to have sex with other people’s wives).
As far as scripture, Ephesians 2:8-9, for one. But good luck getting an LDS member to believe it’s authoritative.

Definition of who Jesus is must be seen as a core belief. All the views you listed are fundamentally different in terms of who Jesus is, similarities are superficial

No, you have to believe that Jesus is who He says He is. (Matt. 16:15-19) This let’s you know that He wants you to KNOW Him. Because the more you know (love) Him the more you become like Him. (1 John 3:1-2)

Churches that deny the
Triune Godhead, deny death and resurrection of Christ, return of Christ etc and then have additional beliefs that are contrary to the Bible cannot be called Christians.
Cult churches can employ some truths but can believe in lies. -

Yes, there is a difference in perspective “view”. Also, LDS is not a Christian denomination neither is JW. LDS (Latter Day Saints) are Mormons and are not Christians because they add to the gospel with the “book of Mormon”. JW are Jehovah’s Witnesses and they are not Christians by any stretch of the imagination.

well for one they are not Christians. They are cults. Now that that is cleared up, archangels were um lets see, angels. all their core beliefs of the cults are heretical and not even close as to what the Bible teaches what Christ taught. That is why we call them cults. aberrations of the truth.

Yes, it matters. The Galatians were being persuaded by a legalistic Christianity: they believed Jesus was the Messiah, but they still believed that one needed to enter the Mosaic Covenant to be saved. They believed salvation was by faith and works. So, Paul, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, tells them that these false preachers are accursed.
Yes, it does matter. Heresy is not the power of God unto salvation: the Gospel is.
Yes, maybe one can question the identity of our Lord. Is he God? Is he an Angel? Not every time the gospel was preached in the Bible were people required right away to believe he is God. But when you start adding other elements to the Gospel, you distort the message.

It’s the same as driving a Lamborghini. You can’t call Lamborghini as Ferrari. They’re different even though they are sports cars. Likewise, with Christianity: Just because these non-Trinitarians (or pseudo-Christians) are dressing, walking or talking like a daily Christian, even believing in Jesus, doesn’t mean they’re valid to be called as Christians. If this is the case, a Jesus-believing Hindu devotee, a Baha’i, a Muslim or a member of Self-Realization Fellowship should be considered as Christians. However, they’re not, simply because their ideas on the nature of God in Trinitarian sense are blatantly haywired. When your view of God is different, your beliefs change. Hence, you’re not one of them. As a conclusion, it matters so badly.

Jesus’s teachings include him being god. To reject that teachings is to reject him.

You don’t need Scriptural evidences to refute this, just common reasoning. “A” cannot be “non-A” at the same time. Example:
Jesus to a JW, is a created being therefore is not God and not is to be worshiped, whereas the Jesus of the Bible is God. Jesus cannot be God and non-God at the same time.
Scripture you can check is 1 Corinthians 11:4.

LDS (Mormons) and JW ( Jehovah Witnesses) are both cults. And neither of them believe the core tenant of the Christian faith and that is in the Trinity.

Yes it does matter. Denominations have twisted the a scriptures, people remain a slave to sin, and many people in those denominations will perish.
