Atheist say God does not exist. If God does not exist then what or whom are they disproving?

Atheism depends on the theist or believer’s argument..so does its strength or weakness…since nobody knows the absolute or ultimate.

If they claim that they are atheists and disproving the existence of God, they are not atheist, they are anti-theist. Atheists do not believe in the existence of God. Anti-theists believe in God but they hate God.

Probably the idea of God is along the lines of what they’re arguing against.

To some God is not an idea but the creator who lives. Atheist don’t believe this God exists. So if God exist not, its funny why they would try to disprove someone they know exists not. They are lost deliberately.

They believe he exist. That’s why they hate him. Fairies and leprechauns don’t exist so they don’t hate them.

Funny to me we never hear anyone speaking about unicorns, fairy’s, lepracons, aliens, and so forth not existing. The reason for this is they know they are not real. Romans 1 tells us they know God is real and those who chose not to retain him in their knowledge God gave over to a debased mind. They slander and hate our God and claim non existence because they KNOW He exist and they KNOW He is real. (Romans 1)

They just want to do anything they want without restrictions or any moral/ethical standard code to follow, thus debunking the idea of a God.
So that they will not feel obligated to do the “right” thing and to choose the “right” path. -

Yep. I don’t go around trying to disprove the existence of unicorns because first, I don’t care and second, I know they aren’t real. Atheists know in their spirit that God is real but they “kick against the oxgoad” to try and disprove Him. In my experience ministering to atheists they are usually mad at God due to some tragedy in their lives (loss of a parent early on, accident, etc)

actually they are hypocrites. They don’t believe in God , but i bet you most of them will say Gods name in vain out of anger or frustrations with vulgar language and even Jesus comes out of their mouths .. they are blaspheming his name without remorse and why don’t they curse buddha , allah , santa , zeus or whatever else ?

I have never seen an athiest try and disprove that God exists. I have only seen them deny that he does.

If God doesn’t exist, who are they so angry at? They’re always angrily trying to refute God. If He doesn’t exist, why are they so pissed off at Him?? Must be their dog died when they were 9 and if God was good that never would have happened.

If athiest says God doesn’t exist then his argument leads him to prove God exist coz something cannot be prove/disprove unless it exist.

The main challenge I’ve experienced with a lot atheistic arguments is that they’re hardly genuine. Most “atheists” argue from an insincere heart and are actually not looking for answers. Many are very bitter and angry people and find religion, especially Christianity a soft target for scoffing. Arguing would make sense if the goal was for answers but sadly it isn’t most of the time.

If you told the Muslim they had the wrong prophet and the wrong book who are you disapproving?
It is probably a good idea but they are not very many Hindus because people in this position wouldn’t know who they were disapproving?
