Is it theologically correct to refer Jesus Christ as man or equate him to man even after ascension.

Good question. I think He’s still 100% both even in his glorified body but don’t have the biblical text to back it up.

John 1:1 I think is a perfect place to go while speaking of the trinity.. also the first 10 books of John or so.. I’m reading “The Forgotten Trinity” by James White atm. Just started it!

Fully man fully God without sin in the world voluntarily went to the cross as an atoning sacrifice for our sins died and on the third day God proved Jesus was God the Son and that His sacrifice had appeased and satisfied God’s wrath and raised Him from the dead. For this reason Jesus’ name has been highly exalted, even so above every other name that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow and every mouth will confess Jesus is Lord

Our Lord Jesus Immanuel Christ was, is and will NEVER equate to any man. He is Lord of Lords. King of Kings. The One and Only begotten Son (Matthew 3:17, 28:18).

Yup… a glorified man. The express Image of invisible God. And God said, “…let us make man in our Image and likeness…”. Yeshua is the fulfillment of this. First born of all creation… proof that our God created all things according to the fullness of time ultimately… via the sixth day. Boom!

The Key is in the same chapter. We will resurrect in new bodies that are Spiritual or Glorified bodies that are heavenly bodies able to be in the Mingdom of Heaven and no longer of the same composition of the natural body that has inherited sin and it’s corruptible.
Now if Christ is being preached as raised from the dead, how can some of you say there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is futile and your faith is empty. And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is useless; you are still in your sins. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead also came through a man. For just as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ, the firstfruits; then when Christ comes, those who belong to him.
