What are the oldest records of the scriptures? I know New Testament is like 100 years? How close of records do we have to the actual books? What about archeological evidence for proof of the Bible?

From Abraham to Moses what proof you have that it wasn’t just made up traditional?
We got proof the Jews were in Egypt? That they were slaves? Do the Egyptians mention how they got there?
Sin began in the garden
We have a fragment of John that is within about 40 years, and a nearly complete copy of John at about 75-100 years. Most of the copies of NT books that we have are in the 100-150 year range, and that includes all the gospels and most of Paul’s letters.
We have references and quotations from various NT books by the early church fathers within that range as well (40-150 years).
There is so much archaeological evidence for the Bible that we can’t list it here. Strongly recommend you do a google search on books on that topic. There is an NIV Bible called the “Archaeological Study Bible” that has a lot of content. Link below.

That’s a lot of questions. It could take a long time to answer them all. There is NO proof the Israelites were ever in Egypt. In fact there is no proof that Abraham, Isaac, Jacob or Moses ever existed. We can only guess that the earliest parts of the TaNakh were written in about the 6th century BCE. The Septuagint was completed about 200 BCE and the New Testament was written from about 50 CE to about 125 CE. The canon wasn’t fully approved until the 4th century CE.

I think archaeology discovered the dead sea scrolls. Those were some of the oldest pieces preserved in jars. I think it was scrolls of Job and Isaiah. The first sin was actually Satan when he rebelled against God. We get an idea of what sin was to the first sinful people when God talks to Cain before committing murder. I’m sure God had conversations like this with Adam as well, especially after his son had just committed murder. If God’s word wasn’t present then how do people become saved? Back then they didn’t have the written word but the oral word.
God spoke and the people listened. God orally saved them from sin by speaking directly to them or their parents who had directly heard God instilled it in their offspring. As far as the Genesis account we aren’t given much actual evidence. There is history of Israel’s lands like the well that Jacob dug and the place called Ur where Abraham was from was an archaeological site I’ve heard. However most creation stories have to begin with faith. You can only dig so far back before history becomes tales. I’d be surprised if there isn’t records since Egypt was one of the first civilizations. I’m sure if you look at archaeological findings you would see Jewish culture mixed in with Egyptian.
