Yes, like the idea that God spoke “face to face” with Moses.

Well delusion is a touch much, but agree with error for sure

My two examples would be “in the name of” and “at the right hand.”
Which interpreted mean
“By the power of” and “in the highest position of power/exalted” respectively.
