The serpent-seed myth disspelled!

We have had a recent reference to serpent seed (eve sleeping with serpent &sex was the fruit) and I would like to post this for all to see.

If asked I can reference the Jude and 2 Peter verses, but the books are so small you will see what I’m saying if you just look at the book.

You are referring to “Serpent Seed” and it is originated from Gnostic writings which happened a generation after Jesus death.
For a better understanding of Gnosticism in that time, they believed your understanding of WHY everything happened was your salvation to God. Only- everything they taught was fake.

Let’s make it like baseball and let me strike this theory out!!!
Funny how they waited nearly 2,000 years after the time of Judaism to concoct this story and that no jewish manuscript contains this. There’s one strike!!!

Strike two, take a look at Jude. And where he is talking about quarrel/fight over “The Body of Moses”. If you find the parallel scripture(almost word for word) that leads up to this you see Peter defining the Gnostics!!!! The “Body of Moses” was a Gnostic writing! It is now referred to as the “Assummption of Moses” DO NOT READ IT!!

Strike three— in genesis God distinguishes —“your seed and his seed” and goes on to say “He will bruise the heel but your seed will bruise his head” which CLEARLY separates the seed.

Hmmm and just in case the next batter tries to swing….

This doctrine literally assessed that the fruit of the tree of knowledge was the serpents penis.

First and foremost that is ridiculous.

This would mean when God took the tree to heaven, there would be serpent penises there for all to partake of.
