So I joined this group about 2 weeks ago. When you get to know me you will discover my passion for youth ministry. When dealing with apologetics are churches doing a better job in teaching/training or do we have a long way to go?

Read a majority of the posts on this page, most don’t even know what apologetics means or have read a book regarding same!

A lot of people in todays church have not even heard of Apologetics and don’t even know what it means or understand the means of defending the faith. one thing you will hear is. “If it was good enough for Paul, it is good enough for me.” That is so ignorant and people do not care. I have preached basic apologetics to my youth in the past. I am excited to get back to it. Students struggle with many of the topics discussed in apologists circles.

When you’re making a defense of the gospel and when you answer questions, i think that’s apologetic.
