What is the difference between holy and righteous in this verse, even throughout the bible.
We all have the Holy Spirit…
Revelation 22:10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. 11He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
It seems as tho their is a difference between holy and righteous at times in the Bible.

Holy, in terms of heart, maybe? Righteous, in terms of actions?

I agree, Just it seems there is a difference, esp with more than one verse in the Bible
‘Holy’ refers to nature while ‘righteous’ has to do with action.
This is prophetic, and it appears to be a warning: Whatever your condition is when “the time is at hand” (the end of this age) that’s it. There is no time, at that point, to change.
IMO, righteousness deals with actions, holiness deals with your heart and relationship to God. “Be ye Holy as He is Holy.”
In just means lawlessness ppl that were not justified in faith in christ. For instance the apostate jews like the high priest pherisses and saducise or thos that keep the law.
Those that were holy were in christ or believers those who’s sins were cast as far as east is from west.
How about this.. Would it be that the righteous are saved thru keeping the law, and the holy saved through faith in Christ?
We must be born again , then it is possible to be like Him in holiness and true righteousness.
