Belief always comes first. Free will is your deciding ro accept jesus or not.

Free will is innate, you were born with it, and you will use it to choose to believe or not. Then you have to believe, because by believing you acquire faith and by your belief you are sanctified.

Belief is an act of free will.

God was first before all things, free-will to man was allowed in the creation by the Grace of God, …. faith in God’s Word was noted in the children of God who believed (had faith/reverential trust) God, for those of the world do not – in fact are blinded due to unbelief (lack of faith), and being sanctified (being set aside by God) came with God, Himself acting and providing His Holy Narrow Way …. in-by-through-with by which to be saved, that is, …. by sending His Holy One and Only Begotten Son, Jesus the Christ …. as fore-told …. to which those before, who had faith and believed of their own free-will have been set aside, whether we live or die, we ARE the Lord’s. Its a bad move to take credit of faith instead of giving all glory to God rather than a mind wich is totaldepraved and dead in the sence of All good values of God. Before regeneration there was probably beliver praying For God to intervein youre so caled , “Free Will” taht he would make you turn to Him.. Thats how we all pray .

We were given free will. That allows us to accept or reject the salvation offered. Sanctification always proceeds salvation.
