When did the apostles – through Jesus offer salvation to all the believers? ?

To answer the question “when did the apostles offer salvation…”:
Act 10:28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; ?but God hath shewed me that ?I should not call any man common or unclean. ??
Peter’s vision of Acts 10 is not about God declaring abominable flesh clean, as is commonly taught.
The vision is explained in Acts 10:28, as highlighted above.
But it is important to remember that salvation started in Heaven:
Gen 3:21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
God dressed them in skin, which came from the first lambs offered as shadow of Jesus (the true Lamb) which came 4000+- years after.

The apostles had nothing to offer. Only Jesus offers salvation.
It doesn’t matter when the gem tiles were considered saved by the apostles.
Salvation was already there for all. Through Jesus.
