Well known Church of God minister, Rev. C. Herschel Gammill of Canton, Ohio passed away last night. Remember his wife Gail, his son Dana and his daughter Deana in your prayers. The Gammills graduated from Lee College in Cleveland, TN, was an Ordained with the CoG for many years, known as a tremendous Evangelist, pastored several CoG churches, as well as a large CoG in Canton, Ohio.

Sorry to hear. I think he was pastoring in Indiana when I joined the Church of God in 1973. I think that he had a daughter around my age.

Was he still COG credentialed?

Unsure. He talked with me about having his church as an affiliated church and he could be CoG credentialed.
