COG World Missions: No Accountability!

I cant tell you the number of times I have heard the following statements:
1. COG World Missions is a, church within a church, they need to be reigned in!
2. World Missions spends the entire 2 1/2% on state side administration!
3. World Missions is out of control, they have no accountability!
