Hello, my name is Charles Page and I am the elephant in the room no one notices. I suffer from Post Pastoral Traumatic Stress Disorder. My trauma began while serving in the Church of God American Servicemen’s department in 1974 and continued on till 1990 and 28 years later I am being told that it is my fault because I am harboring bad feelings toward the Church of God administrative leadership.

If I talk about it I am treated as an outcast and am shunned and shammed. I am a train-wreck. I am twisted steel and iron and have flipped off the tracks with pilled up cars in the destructive path.

I am not going to be quiet. I am going to be heard. I am someone who is the friend of God and I have something to say. There are many others who have something to say.

Where is the love? #METOO I am the elephant in the room .I’m like the victim of sexual abuse, I am like the undocumented immigrant, I am like the victim of racism.

Where is my love? I am an elephant if If I decide to raise to my hind feet and swing my trunk you will know I am in the room. You need to know I am in the room!

Everyone else is given love why not me?

I have been hurt by leadership myself to where I almost totally gave up on God and church. But somehow God rescued me. I love you brother and feel your pain.

If you look to men, they’ll fail you and not love you. But if you look to God, its always John 3:16!.. You are loved by God! You are precious to him! You have eternal life!.. Why worry about how people treats you?…Mr. Page, it sounds like a contradiction when you call yourself an elephant and behave or express much weaknesses!! In Africa Elephants are fearless, powerful and self-confident… It does not even need a bridge to cross a River or the Nile!!…

IT IS PITIFUL FOR A MAN ..( that claims to be called of God) when he does not have faith enough in God to believe that God can fight his battles for him,…. So he takes it upon himself to PLAY GOD….GOD DON’T NEED ANY ONE TO COLLECT HIS DEBTS FOR HIM….

It is ones CHOICE as to whether to become BITTER or BETTER. We all have had times in our lives when life dealt us lemons. We choose whether or not to become sour or take the lemons and make lemonade out of them. What kind of trauma do you think Jesus must have had?? Yet He prayed Father forgive them and did not hold it against them but forgave. He was a man in all points like as we are and even prayed Father if it be thy will let this cup pass from me. SO put your big boy britches on and “get over it”! What do you want to be remembered for after you are gone, a fault finder, complainer, criticizer and bitter old man or a good, kind, sweet man who took what life dealt him and lived victoriously and was an overcomer, a blessing and encourager. I have been hurt extremely bad too, leadership accusing me of taking position for my ego. Making my own kingdom all the while he had just been invited to ceremony. Started two churches overseas and no support. Pastor here in states fleeces the flock. It makes me question, but I remember God calling me that keeps me going. Bless you.

If I were operating a suicide hot line I always make the assumption that the suicide threat is not real
I would probably fail 1 in 100
