Just can’t even be positive one time without being negative, how sad! Dr Billy Graham was ask on one occasion about his youth night services in his great crusades about his using the very contemporary gospel music Groups. This man of great Godly wisdom responded I use them just like I use an interpreter in another country so I can reach my audience with the gospel message. Maybe you should consider “letting him that lacks wisdom ask of God and He will give it freely”. I am nearly 72 yrs old and do not particularly care for some of this music but if we are not careful we are and will lose a generation because we have to have it our way. Paul said I become all things (not sinful things) to all men that I by some means might save some! Let us quit focusing on our likes and dislikes and focus on the harvest! RDM

I too am nearly 72 yrs old and do not particularly care for some of this music and last evening was one of those times.
This is an open forum and if you want to post a positive message about the Church of God post it to your likinf!

I am asking a serious question: Have there been studies conducted on the effect blue lights, strobe lights, dim lights, etc have on influencing one’s receptivity to the Gospel message, either in song or the spoken Word?? Do those devices facilitate the receptivity of one’s heart?? This, of course, would be compared to steady, continuous, light of sufficient lumens . . . bright but not looking in the Sun bright.

Personally, I must agree with Charles Page on this point. I do not care for this type of worship. And I am sure there are a great number of other people who would agree with me, except they do not like controversy and therefore, do not express themselves. Some people go along with whatever, even though they do not enjoy it.
